1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery throughout South Florida, including Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

2. Delivery Scheduling

Deliveries are typically scheduled within 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Our team will contact you to arrange the most convenient date and time for delivery or installation.

3. Delivery Process

All plants are carefully loaded, secured, and transported to prevent damage during transit. Upon arrival, our crew will unload and stage the plants in the designated area or proceed directly with installation if included in your service.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on distance, plant quantity, and order size. Exact delivery costs will be provided in your quote or invoice before checkout.

5. Large & Bulk Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us in advance to coordinate trucking, pallet preparation, and delivery scheduling. We ensure smooth logistics and professional handling for large quantities.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If any item arrives damaged or missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to inspect the issue and offer a replacement or credit as appropriate.

7. Pick-Up Option

Customers may also choose to pick up orders directly from our nursery in Loxahatchee Groves, FL. Pick-ups must be scheduled in advance to ensure your order is prepared and ready for loading.
