Refund Policy
At Seven Landscaping & Nursery, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants and professional landscaping services. Because we work with living products and custom installations, certain limitations apply to refunds and replacements.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of live plants and landscaping materials, all sales are final once plants have been delivered or installed. Each plant is inspected before leaving our nursery to ensure it meets our quality standards.
2. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants on Arrival
If any plant arrives damaged, diseased, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue.
After verification, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement plant of equal value, or
-
A store credit toward a future purchase.
3. Installation & Service Refunds
Refunds for installation or delivery services are not issued once work has begun. However, if a service must be rescheduled due to weather, access issues, or other valid reasons, we will work with you to select a new date without additional charges.
4. Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled after scheduling or plant preparation may incur a restocking or handling fee (typically 15–25% of the total order).

Once delivery or installation is in progress, no refunds are available.
5. Plant Health After Delivery
Once plants are delivered or installed, their continued health depends on proper watering, sunlight, soil, and care. Seven Landscaping & Nursery cannot be responsible for neglect, improper irrigation, or weather-related issues after installation.
