Welcome to Seven Landscaping & Nursery. By accessing or purchasing from our website, nursery, or through our representatives, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or scheduling a service.

1. General Overview

Seven Landscaping & Nursery provides plants, landscaping materials, delivery, and installation services across South Florida. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to make business or personal transactions.

2. Product Availability & Quality

All plants and materials are subject to availability. We take great care to provide healthy, nursery-grown plants, but as living products, natural variations in size, color, and growth are expected.

We guarantee that plants leave our nursery in healthy condition.
Once delivered or installed, plant care becomes the client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified in a written maintenance agreement.

3. Orders & Payments

Full or partial payment (deposit) is required to confirm all orders.
Remaining balances are due upon delivery or installation completion unless stated otherwise.
We accept cash, credit/debit, Zelle, or approved business checks.
Late payments may result in additional fees or withheld future services.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates are scheduled based on availability, weather, and logistics.
Installation includes placement, planting, and clean-up unless otherwise noted.
Clients must ensure access to the property on the agreed date (e.g., open gates, pets secured, irrigation accessible).
Seven Landscaping & Nursery is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or site access issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because plants are perishable living items, all sales are final once delivered or installed.
However, if plants are damaged during delivery or arrive unhealthy, please notify us within 24 hours for review. We may offer a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

6. Warranties & Plant Health

We do not offer long-term warranties on plant material unless stated in a separate written agreement. Plant survival depends on proper watering, soil, and maintenance, which are the responsibility of the customer after installation.

7. Property Damage Disclaimer

Our team takes great care during installation and delivery. However, Seven Landscaping & Nursery is not liable for minor cosmetic damage to lawns, driveways, or irrigation systems that may occur during heavy equipment use or transport unless caused by negligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Landscaping & Nursery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or service interruptions.

9. Privacy & Data

Customer information is used strictly for business purposes — to process orders, schedule services, and communicate with clients. We never sell or share personal data with third parties.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
